With over 40 years’ experience in designing, coordinating, and managing the construction of self-storage facilities throughout the US, we have found enormous design gaps between the structural disciplines and overall design intent. These gaps have created costly timeline delays and countless field revisions.

With these experiences, and our knowledge of the design and construction of self-storage facilities, we introduce Storage Steel LLC to the industry.  What sets Storage Steel apart from other steel package suppliers is that Storage Steel provides a complete structural building package as well as the design of foundations and CMU shafts for each individual project.

In collaboration with United Structural Design LLC, Storage Steel will provide a Fully Designed Super Structure which will include: foundations, CMU elevator shafts & stairwells, and an erected steel package.

Storage Steel will reduce the timeline of design to fabrication by 20%, compared to other steel providers.
